Just one year after Colosseo’s major technology installation in the venue, Arena Metallurg launched the new KHL season with the leading, IIHF & KHL proven video analysis solution for quickly solving any possible disputes on the ice.
Colosseo Video Goal Judge integrates and takes live feed from all 12 SDI cameras at the arena, including 2 new line cameras, complying with the latest KHL standards and providing KHL referees with complete rink coverage, while ensuring player and fan confidence in precise and fair judgements.
Arena Metallurg now becomes already the 5th major KHL venue, along with the Nepela Arena in Bratislava, Yubileyni Sports Palace in St. Petersburg, VTB Ice Palace in Moscow and Barys Arena in Astana, that is equipped with this proven and reliable system with the most advanced features for video analysis from multiple camera feeds which has proven itself during many important international ice hockey events since 2011.
