About the Project

Estadio Manuel Ferreira in Paraguay’s capital city of Asunción is now lit up by a Colosseo VISION LED giant display with SMD 16 mm line spacing and 12 x 7m (39 x 23 ft) dimensions.

The content for the display and game show along with the integrated scoring, timing & statistics is under control of the Colosseo miniDIRECTOR, the portable playout solution suitable for smaller sports stadiums.

Colosseo along with its local partner Sun Soluciones equipped this home venue of the famous football team “Club Olimpia” as a part of a planned stadium modernization with its custom designed LED screen along with the game presentation system.

The display provides clear and crisp imagery during any light conditions while keeping low power consumption and necessary weatherproof standards, providing value and excitement for years to come.

The solution is capable of instant replays/highlight creation, ads management, various OSD scoreboard graphics and other entertaining features like Dance Cam or Kiss Cam, providing fans with a new level of game day experience and entertainment at the venue.

The newly installed technology was introduced for the first time during Paraguay’s football “Primera División” league match where the home team Club Olimpia defeated Deportivo Capiatá 3:0 and both local fans and venue officials have welcomed the new technology additions with great positive feedback.
