AEK FC opening event powered by Colosseo technologies

On Friday, September 30, 2022, the legendary Greek football club AEK FC started its season with an opening event at the OPAP Arena in Athens. The event was held for the first time at this stadium under the direction of Colosseo technologies.

ColosseoEAS has delivered its state-of-the-art technology to this modern Athenian “sports temple”, which will become, from this moment, a permanent part of all events organized in the OPAP Arena.

The latest version of the Colosseo Single Media Platform will take care of multimedia content management and will significantly improve the workflow and expand the capabilities of the arena’s production team. It will provide outputs to two main large-scale LED video boards and later also to planned LED ribbons and two LED entrance screens.

Interactive Colosseo IP TV will expand the reach of multimedia content even outside the stadium auditorium. In public areas, in zones for VIP clients, in buffets, and in restaurants on a total of about 100 LCD TV screens. Everywhere they will be able to watch the course of the match, its most exciting moments, or advertising content.

In addition, the Colosseo company prepared a package of excellent match infographics, which were used on large-screen screens at the first home match of AEK FC.
